Several of the homeless in Ilford (& Barking) drift in & out of the night shelters in Havering, particularly the one I'm associated with. The more astute ones register with 3 or 4 shelters out from Aldgate to Hornchurch and pop up in one whenever they feel fit.

I drive through Ilford most weeks on way to the old girl.
It's going the way is Stratford in terms of the high rise apartments thing.
Guess people have to live somewhere.

did you watch the documentary about those killings? How did they not suspect something dodgy even after two bodies were found in virtually the same spot. Surprised more serial.killers arent operating over that way clearly the police are a bit thick, or preoccupied with anti-social toileting in the ilford area.
